We offer an all year round out of hours service to all of our contract customers. This is 24 hours per day 365 days a year. We engineer and design all our installations, ranging from cold rooms, freezer rooms, cellar coolers, air conditioning systems and even clean rooms for the pharmaceutical industry.

Our current client base is vast. It ranges from the local butchers, corner shops, restaurants, small pub chains, schools , colleges, local councils. We also have on our client list premiership football clubs, county cricket clubs, national bingo and casino halls along with a major clothing outlet and worldwide known pharmaceutical company.

The engineers employed here are hand picked, not just for their excellent knowledge within the industry but also for their inter personal skills in communication and presentation. The company currently employ six service engineers and an installation team. Everyone of the engineers is registered with ACRIB and have both the experience and qualifications to be able to handle refrigerant gases in a safe and responsible manner.

Our vans carry a large array of spare parts to try and cover every possible breakdown situation. We are fully aware that non operational equipment is costly to our clients and that first fix repairs are vital in the running of their business. We pride ourselves in having a high first fix rate.

Office staff will keep an accurate log of both service calls and service history for every particular job that has been carried out. This information can provide valuable facts in the decision as to whether to repair or replace current equipment or identify troublesome systems. All the office staff understand the industry and how important the business is to you and will strive to make sure you will receive the best service possible.

The areas that we cover are Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire and all locations in Lancashire including, Preston, Blackburn, Bolton, Southport, Wigan, Chorley and all along the Fylde Coast.
